Shooting in Orkney, Scotland
Orkney is made up of about 70 islands but only seventeen of these are populated. The largest island is known as Mainland and it is linked by causeways to South Ronaldsay, Lamb Holm, Burray and Glimps. Though many of the Orkney Islands are small, there is something to see on virtually every one of them.

During the winter months in Orkney, every morning and evening the sound of geese fill the air as thousands of Greylag and pink feet move from their roosting or feeding grounds. In the morning they head for the stubble or grass fields to feed. Here we will be shooting the geese over decoys. In the evening we will be intercepting geese and ducks on flight lines or shooting over feed flight ponds. Goose numbers are on the increase annually which can provide the shooters with some spectacular flights.
Goose Shooting Parties
Parties of up to 6 guns can be catered for and each party will be looked after individually.
